we all know that cory booker is an ill dude. but the new york mayor's transcendent swag has made its way to washington. for all its shortcomings, i've always loved the city of newark and the surrounding environs. i frequent tops diner (i know, it's in harrison), i went to rutgers, and the first time my car ever got broken into, it happened there. and i think its pretty clear that booker, despite his detractors, is the best thing about newark right now.
